Hug your dog

Like you needed another reason to hug your dog (or cat, or horse, or… whatever animal you might have). According to a study done by researchers from various colleges, interacting with an animal can significantly reduce the amount of stress, anxiety and loneliness someone may feel – about a 60% decrease among their test students!

I’m hugging my dog and typing with my toes as we speak! Ok not really, but seriously – if you’ve been feeling a bit out of sorts, put the phone down, step away from the computer and go hug your animal (of course, if you have one that is… huggable) =)
