Who needs expensive dog treats when you can go to your grocery store and buy a 5lb bag of carrots for like $3?! I don’t know about you guys, but our dogs don’t get any processed garbage for treats so the treats we do get are about $10 for not-so-big bag. We’re all about feeding not only ourselves good food, but also our furbabies. I wouldn’t be surprised if our dogs get treated better than some humans haha =)
Think outside the box when finances get rough, give your pooches some veggies, they’ll love it!! Unless your dog is super picky, then it may require some experimenting. Luckily ours haven’t found much they don’t like =) we’ve also been known to buy sweet potatoes as treats too!! If you get these veggies when they’re in season, you could really save some big bucks!
