Autoimmune Paleo and Paleo Lifestyle Holiday Recipes! Misty Totzke

I’m Italian, we’ve talked about that. Loving food is kind of in my blood and it’s kind of a love language for me. You know what else is in my blood? Loving food that my body hates (lol). No, seriously, I think it’s a real condition! Gluten, grains, dairy, alcohol – my body revolts against me if I have any of it.

Now that we’ve let go of all the things we shouldn’t have, let’s change gears and move on to some things we actually can have, shall we? =)

I wanted to give you a some websites of recipes I’ve found that are in line with either AIP or paleo lifestyles, or both. I love the holidays, but I don’t love the way I eat at the holidays. Over Thanksgiving and Christmas I tend to throw all my good habits to the wind and instead follow the seefood diet (you see food, you eat it lol). If you feel me on this, check these sites out for some yummy recipes you can make (thanks to Pinterest!) or bring to your holiday meal that won’t have you feeling like crap that night or the day after. Enjoy!!
